Kim is currently ranked in the top 20 of 8000 Realtors in the Tri-County area. She is well versed in residential financing, marketing, and appraisal techniques and holds certifications as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (a professional designation held by only 5% of SC REALTORs) and an E-Pro. Kim specializes in residential sales and has participated in major commercial transactions in the Historic District of Charleston. She works extensively with investors, but has a strong client base and is constantly keeping abreast of the growth and development in and around Charleston. Her caring nature, attention to detail, and follow-through earn her a significant amount of repeat and referral business.

Born on Long Island, Kim later moved to Utah where she received a bachelor’s in both Psychology and Pre-Law with a minor in communications from Utah State University. Kim is featured in national industry publications and is the author of the book, With Love….The New Generation of Party People. A book designed to make the world a better place; Kim’s other passion. In 2016, Kim was named Woman of the Year by The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as a result of leading a team in raising an astonishing $102,000.00 in ten weeks. She is active in many community and global fundraising projects serves on their boards and is committed to making a difference in her community and the world we live in.
