I often do not write reviews, but I feel the need to write one for Kim Boerman. My wife and I are first-time home buyers and got Kim referred to us through a coworker who worked with her previously when we first arrived in Charleston. Kim was a blessing for our home-buying experience, which we know is extremely stressful. Kim always took the time to explain the home-buying process in detail, so we were comfortable with every decision we made. Kim was very responsive and never bothered by our enormous number of questions (and we had many). Her experience in the real estate field was comforting, and she has an enormous amount of knowledge and experience in the industry. All of this is packaged in an awesome human being who is not only pleasant to be around but will have your best interest in mind. Irina was a jewel and a hard worker. Since I lived out of town, our meets to see homes were all-day affairs. But she stayed with me in finding the right home for me. I am very happy that she followed through to the end. She knew my taste and what I was looking for, and finally found the right one. Saw it virtually and brought it virtually. All went smoothly from beginning to end.

She supported us wholeheartedly even though we were living far from here when we started our search.
